PAWR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAWR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAWR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B2-IT1, POTEA, and GK2. Each is linked with PAWR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAWR-to-partner and partner-to-PAWR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2-IT1 grouped by PAWR-low versus PAWR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAWR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAWR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
