PATE4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBMX_S88, SETDB1_S1066, and RBM42. Each is linked with PATE4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE4-to-partner and partner-to-PATE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATE4 versus RBMX_S88 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
