Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PATE4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PATE4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher PATE4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PATE4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and SCLC show a favorable association.

TGCT, KIRP, and LAML are the cancer types where PATE4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
