PATE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, IGHD5-12, and IGKV1OR2-2. Each is linked with PATE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE3-to-partner and partner-to-PATE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by PATE3-low versus PATE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
