Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,366 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSMB5, and PSME1. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP9 versus PSMB10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
