Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,220 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, DDX58, and OAS2. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.
