Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PCNA. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by PARP9-low versus PARP9-high in UCEC.
