PARP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,505 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTX3L, PARP14, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP9 versus DTX3L in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
