Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,935 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of IP-10 production, Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PARP9 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP9-to-partner and partner-to-PARP9 results are reported.
