PARP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, HDGFL3, and FAM98B. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP6 versus SIN3A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
