Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, VN1R2, and OR14A16. Each is linked with PARP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP6-to-partner and partner-to-PARP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A2 grouped by PARP6-low versus PARP6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
