PARP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP97D2, OR1A1, and SULT1C3. Each is linked with PARP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP10-to-partner and partner-to-PARP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFAP97D2 grouped by PARP10-low versus PARP10-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
