Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELAVL4-AS1, RN7SL415P, and RN7SL447P. Each is linked with PARK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARK7-to-partner and partner-to-PARK7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELAVL4-AS1 grouped by PARK7-low versus PARK7-high in CESC.
