Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARK7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARK7 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher PARK7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARK7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and THCA show a favorable association.
KICH, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where PARK7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
