Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD6A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,413 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEZ6L, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with PARD6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD6A-to-partner and partner-to-PARD6A results are reported.
