Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD6A RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARD6A data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PARD6A RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

STAD, HNSC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PARD6A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
