PAQR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, PGP, and HAT1. Each is linked with PAQR4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR4-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR4 versus POLD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
