PAQR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTR3BP3, RAB28P2, and RNU6-351P. Each is linked with PAQR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR3-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTR3BP3 grouped by PAQR3-low versus PAQR3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
