Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-351P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-351P expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Additionally, RNU6-351P RNA expression shows 8,093 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight THYM, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-351P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
