Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PAQR3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher PAQR3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

THCA, KICH, and UVM are the cancer types where PAQR3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
