PANK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PANK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PANK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE10, RN7SKP212, and MTHFD2P3. Each is linked with PANK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PANK2-to-partner and partner-to-PANK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE10 grouped by PANK2-low versus PANK2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PANK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PANK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
