PAN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH1R, HESX1, and PGRMC2. Each is linked with PAN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAN3-to-partner and partner-to-PAN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH1R grouped by PAN3-low versus PAN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
