Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,594 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are NALCN, DAAM2, and SCG5. Each is linked with PAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAM-to-partner and partner-to-PAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAM versus NALCN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
