PALLD-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALLD-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,403 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALLD-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD_S641, CNN3, and FILIP1L_S1035. Each is linked with PALLD-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALLD-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PALLD-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALLD-AS1 versus PALLD_S641 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALLD-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALLD-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
