Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,244 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FA2H, CNNM1, and MCM7. Each is linked with PALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALB2-to-partner and partner-to-PALB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALB2 versus FA2H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
