PAK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCYT1A, FXR1, and IGF2BP2. Each is linked with PAK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK2-to-partner and partner-to-PAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK2 versus PCYT1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
