PAGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,709 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INO80E, GTPBP3, and MAZ. Each is linked with PAGR1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAGR1 versus INO80E in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
