PAGR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,477 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, STUB1, and DCTPP1. Each is linked with PAGR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAGR1 versus HIRIP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
