Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACD, MTERF2, and RRAS. Each is linked with PAGR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGR1-to-partner and partner-to-PAGR1 results are reported.
