PAGE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAGE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAGE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNM2, SHISA6, and NPFFR2. Each is linked with PAGE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE3-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
