Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PACERR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PACERR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLA2G4A, PLA2G4A_S437, and C1R. Each is linked with PACERR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PACERR-to-partner and partner-to-PACERR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PACERR versus PLA2G4A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PACERR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PACERR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
