PAAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 807 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P28, RNA5SP369, and OR2U1P. Each is linked with PAAF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAAF1-to-partner and partner-to-PAAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P28 grouped by PAAF1-low versus PAAF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
