P2RY11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,672 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR22, ZGLP1, and PPAN. Each is linked with P2RY11 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY11-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY11 versus PRR22 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY11→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
