Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RY11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated P2RY11 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher P2RY11 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RY11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UVM show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where P2RY11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
