P2RY11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,101 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, KEAP1, and RRBP1. Each is linked with P2RY11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY11-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RY11 versus RAVER1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY11→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
