Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RY11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,332 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPAN, YJEFN3, and ZGLP1. Each is linked with P2RY11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY11-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY11 results are reported.
