P2RY10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,543 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPO4, TAF6, and G6PD. Each is linked with P2RY10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY10-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RSPO4 grouped by P2RY10-low versus P2RY10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY10→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
