Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RY10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 8 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of P2RY10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where P2RY10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types P2RY10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as COAD and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.

KIRC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where P2RY10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
