Across TCGA cell cohorts, P2RY10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,529 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P2RY10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle cell development, Cell surface receptor signaling pathway via STAT, and Microglial cell activation. Each is linked with P2RY10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY10-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY10 results are reported.
