P2RX4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, GINS1, and TICRR. Each is linked with P2RX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX4-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P2RX4 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
