P2RX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 579 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VENTXP4, TCF4-AS2, and COX6CP7. Each is linked with P2RX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX4-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VENTXP4 grouped by P2RX4-low versus P2RX4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
