The most reproducible P2RX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sensory perception of touch, Positive regulation of microglial cell migration, and Regulation of microglial cell migration. Each is linked with P2RX4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX4-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX4 results are reported.
