P2RX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, UPP1, and TNKS1BP1_S1073. Each is linked with P2RX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX2-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
