P2RX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL27, RNA5SP204, and KRTAP10-7. Each is linked with P2RX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RX1-to-partner and partner-to-P2RX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL27 grouped by P2RX1-low versus P2RX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
