Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR548J profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR548J expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR548J is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, MIR548J RNA expression shows 7,903 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight MESO, BRCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where MIR548J shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
