OXER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,681 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAAO, ARHGAP30, and PKP3. Each is linked with OXER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXER1-to-partner and partner-to-OXER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXER1 versus HAAO in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
