OXCT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OXCT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OXCT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C5orf51, WDR70, and C8orf33. Each is linked with OXCT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OXCT1-to-partner and partner-to-OXCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OXCT1 versus C5orf51 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OXCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OXCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
