OVCH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVCH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,920 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVCH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12B, PLCL1, and TNS2. Each is linked with OVCH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVCH2-to-partner and partner-to-OVCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OVCH2 versus HSPA12B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
