Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OVCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCIP1, ARL6IP1P2, and MELK. Each is linked with OVCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVCH2-to-partner and partner-to-OVCH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKCIP1 grouped by OVCH2-low versus OVCH2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OVCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OVCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
