Across TCGA patient cohorts, OVCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OVCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eIF4E, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with OVCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OVCH2-to-partner and partner-to-OVCH2 results are reported.
